Who We Are
Rising Hope Society (RHS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1958. The organization was established by a group of self-motivated professionals from government, corporate, and development sectors who share a common commitment to social service and community development.
RHS was founded on the belief that every individual deserves the right to health, dignity, equality, and opportunity, regardless of social or economic background.

To create a healthy, inclusive, and empowered society where all men, women and children enjoy secure, healthy, and enlightened lives in a responsive environment that promotes their social, economic, cultural, and moral development.

Rising Hope Society follows a community-centric and participatory approach, ensuring that local people are actively involved in planning and implementation of all the tasks / activities. Our Team
Patron: Yogi Raj M. Chandra
A well-known Educationist and Motivational Speaker who sought early retirement from the Government service to render social service and contribute for the good of the society. His main areas of working have been motivational and Yoga trainings to the Government Officers of Rajasthan Government and Police Personals. Yogi Raj Ji has worked with ‘Navjyoti Delhi Police Foundation’ for the motivational and capacity building trainings of Supervisors and Counselors. He has founded ‘Sanchetana’ a method of ‘Capacity Building, Self-Empowerment and Self -Awareness’.
President: Rajendra Singh Shekhawat
A Retd. Senior officer of Government of Rajasthan, postgraduate in English, having around 38 years of experience in the field of teaching UG classes, tax administration.
Post retirement he held an important assignment in Rajivika as consultant financial literacy.
Worked as head of the office and supervised large teams.
Vice President: Nandlal Moolchandani
A well know Business men in food industry in Rajasthan, closely associated with public health activities run by some of the ngo’s. Holding health checkup and Eye (surgery) camps across Jaipur, associated by certain NGO’s.
Secretary: Shri Shyam Sundar Saraswat
Senior Retd. Officer of Government of Rajasthan, having worked for over 40 years in the Government, NGO and PPP sector. He has worked in Development sector in the field of water, sanitation, health, and education. He has been a member of state resource group of State Water and Sanitation Mission of Government of Rajasthan, guest Faculty in around half a dozen institutions. A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising diversified activities and accelerating pace of implementation. Experience of dealing with foreign funding agencies.
Member: Shri Y.S. Dubey
Senior Retd. Officer of Government of Rajasthan, masters in Science and Business Administration. Having worked as Joint Director in the department of Industries – Govt. of Rajasthan.
During his career while working in different capacities in the field and administration he has considerably contributed in Entrepreneurial Development and Women Empowerment.
Member: Shri Birendra Singh
Member of our executive board, expert in training and health projects.
More than 25 years of experience in the field of social sector. He has worked in WSSO, Panchayati Raj department of Government of Rajasthan, UNICEF and World Bank.
His expertise is in the field of Panchayati Raj Institution strengthening,
Training and Capacity Building, IEC/SBCC, Water, Sanitation and health,
Solid and Liquid Resource Management (SLRM), NGO networking, Project
Management, Evaluation & Validation.

A young energetic professional with 18+ years of corporate experience.
Handled marketing and activations as Zonal marketing head for Future Group for over 10 years
Activations head for MY FM (Dainik Bhaskar – Jaipur) & Times of India – Jaipur.
Implemented many developmental activities like: Health Camps, Marathons,
Heart walk, Education programs, fund raising Fashion shows, Village and
Panchayat visits, Blood Donation drive etc..
